There is no other trial that has a better source for comprehending the nature and causes of evil than the Nuremberg trials. This trial happened from 1945 to 1949. What is vey surprising about the Nuremberg trials is that all of these people are normal people. They could be a good father and a great husband, a kind man, and cares about his love ones--but some people perform the most disturbing crimes. Most people who commit to this never wanted to be a culprit. The cause of all this was how desperate they come to be and it effects their whole career and life ahead (Linder).
The Holocaust was a crime against nature that had thousands of wrong things done to people, that sometimes killed them. After the Holocaust, they had to find a way to serve justice for all the people who have been finished off by other people all out of being desperate for a way to survive. The history of the Nuremberg trials starts when The Nazi Germany planned the Holocaust after World War II.The Holocaust was a crime against the trials and a crime against humanity. After months of the end of the war, the first session was on November 20,1945. Later after the public session the Nuremberg trials was set. (Holocaust)
The defendants were either accused with four kinds of crimes—conspiracy, crimes against peace, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. Conspiracy is when you plan to attack someone ahead of time. Crimes against peace included having a war without a national agreement to do so. War crimes were things like the mistreatment of prisoners of the fight, stealing owned land, and crimes on the high seas or areas of the sea that lie outside the authority of any place. Crimes against humanity involved the murder of people established on their economical beliefs, the color of their face, or religions. (Goda)
